WOOD
TREATMENT
We have a in-house Wood Treatment & Seasoning Section at our company.
Treatment Plant comprises of 2 tanks- Load/Unload with Trolly & Track system, for a fast & efficient process.
We have a total of 8 Seasoning Chambers at our plant.
- 6 of them are Trolly Based Chambers. This chambers are with a capacity of 1500 CFT per Chamber. Trolly system helps with fast load & unload of chambers, results in more timber treatment for futher use.
- 2 of them are Imported Seasoning Chambers. This chambers are with a capacity of 3000 CFT per Chamber.
This Chambers load/unload with the help of Forklift.
The Plant Section has a Seasoning Capacity of 7,20,000 sqft / Month.

We have a Full Imported Machinery Section, we have a machinery setup specialized in all kind of furniture (including plywood, veneer, mdf, solid wood)
Each machinery is operated by the operator who is specialized & has a experience of more than 5 years in working on the particular machinery he is assigned to.
Each section has there assigned supervisors who are controlled by the Floor Managers.
This floor line helps in a safe environment & a efficient environment
We have a separate Plywood Manufacturing Unit which is specialized in manufacturing plywood from last 25 Years
ASSEMBLY
Furniture Products assembly section. All parts of a furniture are assembled by the skilled carpenters.
Most of our team members work at this section hold a minimum experience of 5 years to 15 years in furniture industry
QUALITY PROCESS
Each product is inspected before packaging and dispatched. We have a 3 stage inspection process, inspected by the QC team of our company.
3 Stage Inspection Process insure us a complete check of each product in terms of its finish, quality, and durability.
